Vinacomin in the top 10 largest enterprises of Vietnam 2011

The Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) has remained in the top 10 largest enterprises of Vietnam (the 8th rank) as per the evaluation of the Vietnam Report JSC (VNR) and VietNamNet online newspaper.

To date, Vinacomin has basically completed its 2011 plan. Specifically, the Group in 11 months has produced 44 million tons of raw coal, and consumed 40.5 million tons.

The total turnover reached VND 82,400 billion. In December, Vinacomin will continue to promote production to create an impetus for 2012, reviewing and speeding up the construction progress of some key projects, such as Nui Beo, Ha Lam, Khe Cham II & IV Underground Mining, Conveyor line providing coal for Mao Khe Thermal Power Plant, and Tan Rai Aluminum Plant…
