Vinacomin - Northern Coal Trading JSC (ThanMienBac) will issue 2.5 million bonus shares to existing shareholders to increase its charter capital from 25 billion VND to 50 billion VND.
Accordingly, ThanMienBac will issue shares on a 1:1 ratio. Capital will be derived from Fund of investment development and other capital of the respective owner.
Reportedly, on March 11, General Assembly's annual shareholders has approved a plan 2012 with revenues of 5.888 billion VND, profit of 40 billion VND.
