On 29 / 7 in Hai Phong, Deputy President of the Vinacomin Corporation Nguyen Van Bien chaired the meeting on summarizing the management of materials in 2 years of 2009 -2010 and the first 6 months in 2011. Mr. Le Minh Chuan - President and CEO attended and directed the meeting.
In 2 years 2009-2010, the management of common materials had gradually been perfected. However, the procurement, management and use of materials in many units still had many shortcomings. While some units had to comply with the provisions of the Corporation of materials inventory equivalent 8.3% of the materials used in the year, there were still some units have high inventories of materials as the coal selecting companies, Minerals Corporation, Tay Nam Da Mai Coal Company…
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Minh Chuan said: The units must have the commitment and the coordination in implementing above work. In particular, it needs to be computerization for better control and the units need to use up the internal products. He suggested that the units trying to save this work from 5 to 10%...
